A standard processing time of up to 48 hours is required before the order is shipped out.

Due to challenges posed by the pandemic, our carrier is temporarily experiencing shipping delays, which may delay your delivery. We are always work to get your package to you as quickly and safely as possible.

 

Tracking

Your tracking number will be sent in email immediately after we ship the order out. You may follow the link in the email to check the estimated arrival time of your order. (Please note that tracking information will only be updated online in 1 working day after your order has been shipped.)

 

Delay:

For any huge delay of unshipped orders caused by our fault, you can submit a refund claim or contact us to get a full refund.

For an huge delay in shipping orders, please contact us to check out the expected delivery date. If you can not accept the final delivery date, can submit a full refund but must return products back to us when you receive it. We will only process refund when we receive the returned items.

 

Duties: For any duties may generate should be on buyers’ sides.

 

Additional Notes

If the wrong information is provided (address, phone, email) and results in your shipment undelivered, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost for the 2nd shipment.

 

1. The actual delivery time depends on your delivery address. In peak season or under special weather conditions, the actual shipping time might have some delay.

 

2. Shipping regions to AK, HI in the US and to other countries, will charge extra costs on international shipping, please check the extra cost at the checkout.
